Refund And Return Policy

At e-moroccanrugs, we handle order processing from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. On average, it takes approximately 48 hours for us to receive and process your order. As each order is unique, the shipping cost is determined based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. This ensures a fair and accurate pricing structure tailored to your specific requirements.
-For most of Europe and for the US : Delivery takes 2 to 3 days
-For the rest of the world : Delivery takes 3 to 7 days

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email containing the details and confirmation of your order.
Within 2 days, we will provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.
Additionally, you can easily track your order by visiting the “your account” page on our website.

Please note that for all shipments, the customer is responsible for any applicable taxes and customs fees. As our products originate from Morocco, you may be required to pay customs clearance fees for imported goods.

You have a 14-day window after delivery to request a return for purchased products. Upon approval, you will be refunded for the purchase and the initial shipping costs.
Please note that we do not offer free returns for shipping fees, except in cases where the item is incorrect, damaged, or faulty. To initiate a return, please complete the provided form and send it to e-moroccanrugs@gmail.com.
